2. Проблема

Концентрация управления глобальным капиталом достигла исторического максимума. Три фонда — BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street — управляют активами на сумму более 25 триллионов долларов и контролируют 20–25% голосов почти в каждой компании из списка S&P 500. При этом сами фонды не являются собственниками акций — акции переданы им через ETF миллионами вкладчиков, утратившими право голоса.

Криптовалюты первого поколения, заявленные как защита от концентрации капитала, оказались скомпрометированы: Bitcoin частично скуплен через ETF, узлы Ethereum во многом завязаны на инфраструктуру крупных банков. В терминах проекта — это «храмы без стражей»: в их архитектуре нет антитела против захвата.

3. Что такое MAAT

MAAT — это кооператив (артель), а не фонд и не корпорация. Сила здесь не в размере кошелька, а в количестве участников и их согласованности. Минимальный взнос — несколько долларов.

Цель MAAT — параллельная инфраструктура для защиты голоса людей от концентрации и манипуляции голосами в руках финансовых кланов и фондов. Уникальность проекта — не в коде (код можно скопировать), а в линии передачи Маат и в жреческом слое, который невозможно подделать.

4. Архитектура защиты

MAAT строится на трёх взаимосвязанных слоях защиты — ни один не работает в одиночку.

Слой 1 — Математика

Блокчейн Ethereum, верифицированный смарт-контракт ERC-20, публичный реестр, фиксированный supply, ликвидность на Uniswap V2. Вход в координацию — через покупку токена MAAT, а не через обязательную прямую регистрацию личных акций у трансфер-агента. Акции корпораций артель покупает в общий котёл — на единое юрлицо кооператива, одной записью в реестре.

Слой 2 — Демократия

DAO — профсоюз акционеров, а не фонд. Правило: один верифицированный человек — один голос, сколько бы токенов он ни держал. Верификация уникальности — через Proof of Personhood, без передачи Дому персональных данных.

Прецедент: в 2021 году фонд Engine No. 1, владея всего 0,02% акций ExxonMobil, провёл трёх директоров в совет корпорации стоимостью 250 млрд долларов — за счёт координации, а не размера капитала. MAAT масштабирует этот приём на миллионы участников.

Слой 3 — Жречество

Хранители — до двенадцати лиц (по числу Нетеру). Они сверяют структуру и действия Дома с инженерным чертежом Маат и могут публично вмешаться, если принцип нарушен. Должность Хранителя не наследуется, не покупается и прозрачна. Это антитело, которого не было ни у Bitcoin, ни у Ethereum.

5. Токеномика

• Эмиссия: 42 000 000 MAAT — завершена, новых токенов не будет никогда.

1. Summary

MAAT is a cooperative of ordinary people who pool their voice to influence the world's largest corporations instead of handing it to the financial clans and funds. It is not a speculative instrument, but an attempt to build a structure according to the principles of Ma'at in the financial plane of the modern world.

Technically, MAAT runs on its own blockchain (MAAT Mainnet) and as an ERC-20 on Ethereum, with a fixed supply of 42,000,000 (the number of Confessions of Maat). Governance is built through a DAO on the rule "one person — one vote", and the principle is safeguarded by the Guardians.

2. The problem

The concentration of management of global capital has reached a historical maximum. Three funds — BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street — manage over 25 trillion dollars and control 20–25% of the votes in nearly every S&P 500 company. Yet the funds are not the owners of these shares — they were placed in their custody through ETFs by millions of contributors who surrendered their voting right.

First-generation cryptocurrencies, declared as a defence against the concentration of capital, have been compromised: Bitcoin is partly absorbed through ETFs, and Ethereum's nodes largely rely on infrastructure tied to major banks. In the project's terms, these are "temples without guardians": their architecture has no antibody against capture.

3. What MAAT is

MAAT is a cooperative, not a fund and not a corporation. The strength is not in the size of the wallet but in the number of participants and their coordination. The minimum contribution is a few dollars.

The purpose of MAAT is parallel infrastructure for the protection of people's voice from the concentration and manipulation of votes in the hands of the financial clans and funds. The uniqueness of the project is not in the code (code can be copied) but in the lineage of Ma'at and the priestly layer, which cannot be fabricated.

4. The architecture of defence

MAAT is built on three interrelated layers of defence — none works alone.

Layer 1 — Mathematics

The Ethereum blockchain, a verified ERC-20 smart contract, a public ledger, fixed supply, liquidity on Uniswap V2. Entry into coordination is through purchasing the MAAT token — not through mandatory direct registration of personal shares with a transfer agent. The cooperative buys corporate shares into a common pot — onto a single legal entity, as one record in the registry.

Layer 2 — Democracy

The DAO is a union of shareholders, not a fund. The rule: one verified person — one vote, regardless of how many tokens are held. Uniqueness is verified through Proof of Personhood, without handing personal data to the House.

Precedent: in 2021, the fund Engine No. 1, holding just 0.02% of ExxonMobil shares, secured three board seats of a 250-billion-dollar corporation — through coordination, not the size of capital. MAAT scales this to millions of participants.

Layer 3 — Priesthood

Guardians — up to twelve persons (by the number of Neteru). They measure the structure and actions of the House against the engineering blueprint of Ma'at and may intervene publicly if the principle is violated. The office of Guardian is not inherited, not bought, and is transparent. This is the antibody that neither Bitcoin nor Ethereum possessed.

5. Tokenomics

• Supply: 42,000,000 MAAT — concluded, no new tokens ever.
• The number 42: the Confessions of Maat in the Hall of Two Truths. Each token is the symbolic equivalent of one Confession.
• Inflation: 0%. As the cooperative grows, a participant's share is not diluted.
• Transparency: treasury, votes, and decisions are public on the blockchain. No closed sales at preferential prices for insiders.

Own MAAT blockchain (Mainnet) + ERC-20

MAAT runs on its own blockchain — MAAT Mainnet. This is where tokens are bought via the web wallet wallet.maatx.io. In parallel, MAAT (ERC-20) exists on Ethereum — for trading on Uniswap and compatibility with ordinary crypto wallets.

A 1:1 bridge connects the layers: native MAAT (Mainnet) bought in the wallet can be exchanged for MAAT (ERC-20) and back at will. In the long term, activity and liquidity gradually shift to the own Mainnet (its own validator network and RPC, gas in MAAT, on-chain DAO voting) — without anyone losing access to their tokens.

7. How to participate
